Professional Plan - ₦50,000/month

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Log in to InnGO dashboard
  2. Click Settings → Subscription
  3. See your current plan details
  4. View usage (rooms, staff, orders)
  5. Check next billing date

When Will I Be Charged?

  • First charge: Immediately when upgrading
  • Monthly plans: Same date each month
  • Annual plans: Once per year
  • Prorated: If upgrading mid-month

Payment Methods for Subscription

  • Paystack (Card, Bank Transfer)
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Pay at InnGO office (Lagos)

What Happens if I Exceed Limits?

Free Plan Limits

  • More than 5 rooms: Prompted to upgrade
  • More than 3 staff: Can't add more until upgrade

Starter Plan Limits

  • More than 50 rooms: Upgrade to Professional
  • Over 300 restaurant orders/month: Upgrade or orders blocked
⚠️ Don't Worry: InnGO warns you before you hit limits. Your existing bookings won't be affected.

Trial Period

  • Free plan: No trial needed, free forever
  • Starter/Professional: 14-day free trial available
  • Full features during trial
  • No credit card required for trial
  • Cancel before trial ends = no charge

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). For other currencies:

  • USD: $50 Starter, $100 Professional (monthly)
  • Contact support for other currencies
  • Prices auto-detect based on location
